Marcy Feinstein, MSW, LICSW
Hi, I’m Marcy.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is to walk alongside each client as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward their personal goals. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, abilities, and perspective.
I have experience working with adolescents ages 15 and older, young adults, and adults through a variety of life stages. I particularly enjoy working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety and ADHD, helping them better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, build confidence, and manage the challenges that can come with school, work, relationships, and everyday life. I also support clients through major life transitions, identity development, isolation, and significant life decisions, always tailoring therapy to their individual needs, strengths, and goals.

I believe there is no single path to healing and growth. Each person brings their own experiences, strengths, and way of seeing the world into therapy, and treatment should reflect that individuality. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and able to face challenges while building a healthier path forward. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey.
